Wrangler AT/D tires were made by Goodyear for off-road use. They fit many light trucks and SUVs. When originally sold by Walmart, they had a 50,000-mile treadwear warranty. The tire carried a P speed index – good for 93 miles per hour. It is an all-season tire.
The tread was obviously off-road designed. The shoulders are wide and solid, although they have deep wrap-around notches and a short vertical sipe. Adjacent interior tread ribs have large, jagged-shaped blocks with diagonal sipes. The center rib has jagged edges that simulate the adjacent tread ribs, but the center rib is solid with short diagonal sipes.
