The Hankook Ventus V4 ES (OE) is a high performance all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. This model is the original equipment tire of select vehicles.
The tire has a unique tread pattern that features main circumferential and additional smaller lateral tread grooves, as well as high density siping detail. The siping detail increases the dry, wet and winter weather traction, so they have a strong grip on the road in all weather and enhance the driving safety. The tread grooves effectively resist hydroplaning and boost the wet weather traction by channeling water and slush away from the tire footprint. This ensures that the tire maintains its exceptional traction all year.
The tread pattern also improves the model's cornering and maneuvering ability. The shoulder tread pattern maintains constant road contact and offers additional biting edges for a more secure drive. In this manner, the tire's cornering and maneuvering ability and power are increased. The better cornering and maneuvering allows the driver to quickly react to the differing road conditions and to prevent dangerous situations.
The tire's controlled footprint shape and optimized tread pattern equally spread the driving pressure across the tread area.
