Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • Summer weather traction
  • Fuel efficient drive
  • Reduced road noise levels

OVERVIEW

The Keter KT686 is a performance and high performance, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.

The tire promotes great summer weather traction. The directional tread pattern manages to maintain a constant road contact in dry and wet weather. The circumferential and swooping grooves decrease the possibility of hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire's footprint. This model, however, is not suited to be driven in winter weather as the tire compound does not maintain its flexibility in colder temperatures. The better summer weather traction and hydroplaning resistance ensure a secure driving experience.

The model's enhanced road contact manages to ease the driving pressure off its structure and lower the rolling resistance in this manner. This decreases rolling resistance, which is the force affecting the tires that determines how much energy the vehicle needs to keep the tires in motion, which in turn lessens the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. The result is a fuel efficient and environmentally friendly drive in summer conditions.

The KT686 offers a quiet driving experience. The tread design decreases the road noise generated while the tires are in motion. It negates the road noise by channeling the airwaves through the tire's footprint, without letting them come into contact with the tread elements. As the soundwaves do not reach the vehicle's cabin, the tire ensures an enjoyable drive.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
